      • Discord Nickname (as set within the server)
    • Team & Match Data:
      • Team name and roster
      • Match schedules and availability
      • Player statistics (if status tracking is enabled)

    We do not collect any other Discord account information such as email, messages, or friends list.

    3. We use the collected information solely to provide and improve Helga’s functionality, including:

    • Managing player availability and team schedules
    • Coordinating matches between teams
    • Syncing events across teams using Helga
    • Tracking match history and player statistics (optional feature)

    4. Helga The Manager operates on a monthly subscription model with Basic and Premium tiers. Subscriptions are managed through Patreon. We do not process or store any payment information directly—please refer to Patreon's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your data.

    5. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. However, we may share necessary data in the following cases:

    • If two teams use Helga and schedule a match, shared availability and schedule data may be synced between them to enable seamless coordination.
    • If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

    6. Helga The Manager does not use cookies directly, as it operates through Discord. We do not currently use third-party analytics tools for user tracking.

    7. We retain your team and player information for as long as your team is actively using Helga. If your subscription ends or you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

    • Request access to the data we store about your team
    • Request deletion of your team's data
    • Withdraw consent to data usage (note: You won't be able to use Helga anymore)

    10. Helga The Manager operates from Malta. Your data may be stored on servers located within the EU or other countries with adequate data protection standards.

    11. Helga The Manager is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without parental or guardian consent.
